William (Billy) Weller is a conservative seventy-four-year-old retired Industrial Sales Manager from Generac Power Systems. William helped the Wisconsin De Jure , State Assembly to form in its infancy; he believed in The United States as a Constitutional Republic and the power of “assembling the counties.” He has been active in Common Law politics and research. William strongly advocates for children’s rights and our freedoms as Living Souls. He was active in music | production and promotion levels and dabbled in freelance poetry and video production. He resides with his daughter and grandson in Brookfield (Milwaukee), Wisconsin.
